I started my Challenge on Sunday the 3rd of August 2009.
I got a good upper body workout in using my dumbells.
I only ate 4 meals instead of the required 6. But it was day one and I will be picking up steam as I go.
My starting weight was 192 lbs :(
I cooked up a bunch of steamed broccoli, Boca Vegan patties, Baked potatoes, Quinoa and pan fried tofu in Pam. This way it is easier for the week if we have some food already prepared.
