Body for LIFE-Day 2

Day 2 went well.

Had a good run, hit my 10s.

I had 5 meals. 2 Premier Chocolate protien shakes, 1 bar, and 2 meals.

For my meals I had 1 Grillers Prime patty, 1 portion sized baked potato, and a salad.

I have been better at drinking more water and not drinking Diet Coke. Man that one was a hard one to give up!
